Kathy brings experience in PR-advertising, communications, customer service and work assistance.
Brandie has been in the title industry for many years, and offers that experience and knowledge to the customers and team at Guardian Title. She leads the team in all departments; is licensed to quote title and is the go-to for all things related to closing real estate transactions; request for title; buy-sell agreements, closing documents, and process operations.
As Guardian Titles VP of Operations; Brandie engages the team to be resourceful in finding the best solutions for the client. Her work ethic is second to none in this business, she is a consummate professional with a ready smile and welcoming attitude.
Holly is licensed to quote Title Insurance rates/coverage and supports the whole closing process within the Title Department. She brings her years of insurance expertise to Guardian’s Title Department to help make the experience of a smooth Real Estate transaction a reality.
Whereas Holly’s expertise lies within the Title Department and title coverage for the most part, she is a skilled Closing Agent as well and multi-tasks with the same level of knowledge and professionalism.
Alma works within the Title Department. She brings a fresh outlook to support the day-to-day operations within the Title Department and can answer or help resolve any issues or concerns with the process of title searching, property profile requests, recording closings and wiring instructions.
Alma comes to Guardian Title with an extensive business background in both experience and education and she also speaks Spanish. She works diligently to hone her new skills within her department and has improved the Title Departments ability to get the work done efficiently, accurately and in a timely fashion. She will be a Closing Agent as needed, and has a great “can-do” attitude!
Dylan starts the closing process by taking new orders and assisting Brandie with gathering the documents necessary for the closing to occur. She brings great knowledge of business administration, problem resolution, and although she just joined our team in 2019, she is a quick thinker and has learned the aspects of her department like a seasoned pro, and will soon be contributing as a Closing Agent as well.
